We had a really comfortable new year at this affordable hotel. Particularly good and unbeatable location to attractions like a famed street, that was next to the property. It was across the very nice area.

walk from a tube station, the location was stunning and fantastic, close to the metro stop gran via. the staff were exceptionally attentive and extremely friendly, everything was great. a great selection of cheap food, i truly enjoyed it.

location was good, a lot of cheap places to eat something unhealthy near and Chinese supermarkets

The room was small, just one shared bathroom, weird staff- we felt uncomfortable

We had an excellent stay in this cool and great hotel. We loved our rooms with adequate facilities, including a balcony and thick blackout curtains. The property's location was marvellous at the heart of Madrid.

The hostel was in the most perfect location. Right outside is the shopping centre and about a 5min walk you are in the main square. It was quite comfortable and had sitcom which was nice :)

The only real bad thing was that they spoke no English so it was hard to communicate with the owners when we first arrived.

The place was clean and comfortable. A lift is available. The hosts are friendly. It is an interesting area. You get a real feel for the centre of Madrid. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast. No kettle in the room. Took a travel kettle.
